Great host and location is ideal for Verona

We were greeted by a lovely lady and we were on our honeymoon with a 3 night pitstop in Verona... Upon entry to our room the bed was made up lovely with prosecco and balloons... A very appreciated and lovely gesture for us to receive - thank you!! The accommodation was in a great spot - despite lots of students out on the street you couldn't hear them in the apartment which was a relief. The bathroom was immaculate also. If I had anything negative to say - I'd say the bed is a bit 'off' the middle appeared to be higher than the rest and a bit slopey for both of us towards the edge of the bed but.... Nothing that put us off.

Arrivée et installation correcte, bonne emplacement géographique, cité antique en sortant à droite, sortie à gauche attenant rapidement les Arenas et le centre ville. Logement spacieux et confortable donnant sur balcon et jardin, équipement correct. Communication avec la gérance par téléphone, après plusieurs tentatives pour des situations techniques: arrivée, codes, paiement de la taxe de séjour, code de sécurité pour le check out obtenu par téléphone à 2h50 du matin, heureusement. Cabine de douche carré trop étroite, l'ouverture coulissante se bloque, non signalé parce que la personne n'est jamais venue nous voir comme promis. Globalement, c'est un endroit agréable et facile d'accès.
