Room in fair condition , clean but a bit updated Some walls are not perfect The silicone around the toilet is awful The LITTLE refrigerator freezes all of our stuff got frozen … No coffee at the lobby just at breakfast time Breakfast basic And no BBQ , grills outside like shown on the website Disappointing Not what I am used too in Springfield hotels By Marriott … The pool is very nice but the filters are very noisy

This property and hotel aee not as nice as other Spring Hills I've stayed in. Probably older. No hairdryer in the restroom. Rust stain on the bathroom tile. To turn on the shower you basically have to either have a jolly green giant arm or walk into the shower because only 1 side of the glass door opens whixh forces you to step in to turn on. Couldnr find an ice machine on thr 2nd or 3rd floors and then gave up looking. At 2:30AM the fire alarm went off in the hotel. No calls from front desk and no answer when I called them. Fire alarm proceeded for about 20 minutes. I was freaking out so I got dressed and wenr down stairs. All guests I ran into during this mess were visibly distraught and confussed. I sat in my car until the alarm stopped. I come to the area every month to stay for work and will.not book this location again..

Very spacious room, comfortable and quiet. We were able to work at the desk while others were sleeping. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of options. The only downside was the lack of towels (we had to ask for more because there was 4 of us and 3 towels) and lack of racks to store towels.
