The staff is super professional and friendly. My smoke detector kept going off as if it needed a battery and the Manager came immediately to fix it. It is great for its value and I appreciate the management.

The place was conveniently located close to our paddling race, so this was a huge plus. It was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff wasn’t super friendly when it came to asking for towels. They left barely any after room cleaning and getting more was like pulling teeth. Other than that, it was a good stay for the cost.

Check in was through a weird little window instead of inside the nice welcome centre that you can see clearly through the window (during the day). Location seemed a little sketchy though we had no issues. The bathtub creaked and shifted under your feet. and there was a large piece of flooring missing right in front of the toilet. Place was clean other than a few stains on the bedding

Nice and clean hotel for the price! They were super friendly and made sure we got checked in without a problem. Not too far away from downtown where they have some good coffee, shops, and restaurants as well!

Bedsheet had a hole in it, but did look clean. The bathtub and bathroom in general are not in good condition at all. The microwave has not been cleaned. Other than that. It did look at least clean. I had stayed there once before the room was in a much better condition than this one, but this day was a little disappointing. For what they charge I would expect a little bit better conditions.

Redfinn Inn affordable and comfortable

We needed an affordable hotel walking distance from downtown and Redfinn Inn proved to be ideal. Hotel is clean, had the necessary room amenities for comfort, and is obviously well managed.
