Staff welcoming. Room cleaned. Location very noisy with bright line train and planes passing by. Online was not asked if bringing a dog and was charged $20 extra and $4 resort fee on site . Dog area was full Of feces and never cleaned . I was concerned about my puppy . This Inn houses homeless families .

No deposit was listed and one was randomly there when I got to property. I literally almost didnt have enough for it. I couldn't eat dinner because of this unanticipated and random charge. Most hotels just keep your credit card number if any damages occur

Couldn't connect to the internet. No toiletries in bathroom and it was dirty. Ice machine not working. Very few selections, not even water available in vending machine. Sliding doors to terrace outside didn't open. No closet. Refrigerator dirty, freeer iced over. No coffee cups. Old, warn furnishings.
