This is a serviceable hotel if you need a bed for a night. It’s the cheapest in the area and is fine for the cost. Housekeeping is lacking- my room was never cleaned during both of my multi-night stays, the linens were stained, and the bathrooms were dingy. It’s understaffed, and the front desk is often vacant (you can call for service, and someone comes pretty quickly). The staff were very pleasant, but clearly overworked. I would not choose to stay here again, and if your budget allows I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more comfortable and clean experience.

The minute we opened our hotel room door we were hit with a disturbing Oder. Thank God I ALWAYS travel with Lysol with me! Unfortunately after spraying the entire room & using the entire bottle, the smell didn’t leave the room! Turns out the pillows were absolutely disgusting smelling!!! The most HORRIFIC body oder you can imagine!! We ended up using our rolled hoodies as pillows!!

There was some kind of construction crew staying there and all night long they were going in and out and slamming doors. Absolutely no respect for other guests. Impossible to get any sleep. The worst stay I’ve ever had in a motel!

We rode to Stuart for breakfast on a Saturday morning and decided to stay overnight to enjoy the downtown vibe, the booking and check-in was flowless. We only used the room to take a shower and spend the night; room was clean and served the purpose pretty well.

Seems that Expedia. Com doesn’t provide the security deposit information anymore . This has happened to me 2 times in 3 days . The problem with quality inn is , they do not mention a security deposit on travel booking apps along with not issuing a refund when you arrive at the hotel due to no deposit information at all listed on Expedia listing app. I rejected to stay here at quality inn and the property declined my refund . I had to waste time with Expedia who had sold them selves out to low budget hotels that now do not require the property to list any security deposit information . . Finally Expedia issued me a refund which results in 7 to 10 business days to return the funds . Jokes on the customers right ??? What happens if a customer books reservation without knowledge of customer lost at sea not knowing the amount of the security deposit when arriving to the property ??? The property can make up numbers , like $100 or $200 or $500. For a 1 night stay and hold your money for 7 to 10 business days . . You are both a joke quality inn along with Expedia who sold them selves short to hotels by not providing , including the security deposit info with listings on the app . Expedia is just lost at sea hoping for a come back . At the customers losse .

My stay was not planned but decided to spend the night while visiting my son. My door key didn’t work most of my visit, the walls around the a/c had plaster work done. Probably from a leak. Needs painting and bleach signs of mold. Staff was friendly and helpful about our key card problems. Easy parking.
