poor communication

The room was as advertised, however host did not return our message first night about Tv not working. Also use of a pool was included but host didn't provide key fob needed to enter and when messaged never responded our entire stay. Very disappointed as a pool was important to us especially a Florida vrbo.

Very nice...close to pool...clean....only complaint never had a parking spot in front of our building ...had to park in front of another building and walk(not to far but the day it was raining)
