This HOEtel Has Roaches

Second time staying here, and the first time we stayed at the main building, which was very nice. Second, it was at the hotel that had beachfront front small condo-type rooms. The room was very nice; however, small roaches would come out if any food was left out. Even in the middle of the day. We left some Fruit out near lunch, went to the pool, and came back to find them crawling all over the kitchen. Husband killed a few in the bathroom too. It made my stay uneasy, I hate roches! I didn't complain because I figured it was the entire building; we had nowhere else to go. What could employees do anyways? The View was nice from the room and We enjoyed the pool.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Marriott Resort Hutchinson Island! At first we were confused when we pulled into the parking lot because online what is pictured is the beach property. We did not realize our stay was at the location facing the golf course. But overall room was clean, modern. Front desk staff helpful. Breakfast team at Baja Grill were excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Patrick making sure we were served with kindness and hospitality. We kept saying we should stay one more night!! We will be back.

Great place

Everything was great except there was no free coffee in the lobby. They did have coffee packets in the room. The rooms need a chair or couch to watch tv in-there was plenty of room for one so don’t know why there wasn’t either one.

There were ants in room and the noise was ridiculous I think there should be areas where couple and adults without children are not combined with large amounts of kids and groups there was no monitoring of the nose and chaos in the hallways and on our floor #4 it was hard to relax the staff was so kind our housekeepers were the best

THIS PROPERTY NEEDS AN INSPECTOR STAT!

The property needs help. Mold, dirt, dead bugs, scratches, paint, stains….dirty air returns, fingerprints, graffiti…this is not what I would expect from Marriott. Ypur sign in restaurant has ‘gluten free OPTIONS sign on top of pastry bin. The ONLY gf option in restaurant was a piece of crumbly bread they had to fetch from 3rd floor and re wives at end of meal. I have 46 photos of the things that need attention from reception to my room. Not entire property. On top of this there were two wedding parties yelling until 2 am drunk in courtyard. Beach bars closed. Rained whole time and I paid a RESORT FEE?? You should have paid me to clean things-not charge me for mold, dirt, unattended courtyard with yelling until 2 am and half the resort closed. Not cool. I will send other 42 photos upon request.

Everything I needed. The property is large but they offer a golf cart ride everywhere. The pool area staff was amazing. The bartenders were so much fun.

I was very impressed with the room size and amenities offered for the price! The staff was very helpful, the room was super clean and very well appointed, and the pool area was large and had a lot to offer with a DJ on Saturday afternoon and a woman who braids hair! I give the Marriott on Hutchinson Island a 10 out of 10.
