Went in to check out and passing two guys outside smoking. One of them never came in to check us in? Our door lock was a.mess. First time we got in after returning the door was unlocked? Found out we had to slam it shut! After that we never got in and the card didn't work. Went to desk and he scanned it again. Still didst work? By this time we were checking out on 3rd day. Dish washer? One plate, one small plate, 2 glasses and 2 cups. No silverware? Toilet paper. Had half a roll and no extra one? Only one trash can in bathroom. Non in kitchen area. Buffet? No eggs, no bacon or sausage.. (guess that kept the price lower?) First day 8:30 no coffee cups etc.

The room very dated. While understandable in FL, there was a bug in sink. The refrigerator was noisy. No new towels. No soap from day one. They did not make up room the morning after, so we left. I must say that the workers who were there were GREAT! Breakfast average.

Room was not very clean had cockroaches Microwave was nasty. Coffee machine was not very clean Bathroom toilet was coming up off the floor when you sat on it I will never stay there again If you like nasty go ahead and stay there not me For the money you pay should be a lot better Was going to stay for 3 nights cut that short And never got a cent back Really for all the things that where bad I think I should have got one night free

Not a great stay, but somewhere to stay. Free breakfast but not a great set up in my room. Coffee maker with no cups. Parking and unloading/stuff is difficult because rear and side access doors key access don't work.

Dirty, Cockroach infested rooms. Should be reported to the health department and put out of commission. Bedding was dirty with stains on sheets and covers. We were only at the hotel for 15 minutes before we decided to check out. Hotel manager/supervisor would not refund our 5 day stay even after hearing about the roaches and uncleanliness. Would not recommend.
