The floor was so sticky and the laminate flooring had strips missing between planks. The bed sheets were clean and the bathroom had plenty of towels. I was put in a handicap accessible room, but there were no hooks or hanging options for mobile people/spouse/partner/companion. There were also no USB ports for charging devices. Teenagers were coming in and out of the downstairs and dock all night that even said out loud they weren’t staying there, and had more trucks and people take up the very limited parking under my balcony to fish the docks when they shouldn’t have even been there.

Only stayed one night. Nice staff, nice and quiet so slept well whilst there. Nice to have the beach and pool although we didn’t use either as got there later than planned. But room and bathroom were both quite dated and the bathroom in particular was very shabby. Several areas of significant wear and tear although everything functioned ok.

Outside area is wonderful but rooms to be up-kept better. I have been coming here for years and love it but you guys need new couches for the Suite rooms. They are dirty and worn out. The maids also need to clean the rooms better. You guys can do better

Room was very clean, staff was nice, beautiful view and great location. Only thing I'd recommend is they have the housekeeping staff wear ear buds as not to wake guests in the morning. They were blaring music while cleaning rooms around us.
