I’m very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Starting at 7 a.m., I was woken up by drilling noises, trucks, and loud construction machines. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told that the entire hotel was loud due to ongoing construction, which was definitely true. There were construction materials scattered outside, adding to the mess and noise. To make matters worse, my room was next to the elevator, and I could constantly hear it running. Housekeeping was also extremely loud, knocking on doors, slamming them shut, and vacuuming early in the morning. It was impossible to relax or get any rest. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay, and I would not recommend this hotel until they finish their construction and improve noise management.

They are renovating and started with a demo hammer at 7 am on the weekend….really. Can’t come later on the weekend??? Place was a mess and the breakfast was not as good as other Hamptons. Missing a lot of the normal items.

The hotel was under construction- a variety of work trucks / debri on the 1st floor area ( which the staff kept sweeping up) 2nd floor and the 4th floor totally uninhabitable- the noise was like being in an airplane hangar with the engines on The 3rd floor - the room stank of cleaning materials whereupon breathing was exasperating I was very disappointed as I’ve always enjoyed The Hampton - Please look into this and oh yes I Would Like A Total Refund Barbara Butler PSL Florida 2765 S.E. The inside of the hotel was the usual Hampton look but outside I couldn’t recognize it because of all the repairs going on
