Overall, our stay was very good. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that the TV did not have access to apps like YouTube or Netflix, which made it a bit difficult to keep the kids entertained. This would be a great improvement for families.

The lady whom ran the front desk (Tara, I believe) was super personable, friendly, and very accommodating. She was actually one of the friendliest customer service representatives I came across in a long while. Definitely a keeper. Good help is very hard to come by these days.
