Staff was uninformed of issues and continued to lie about wifi being fixed.manager was unprofessional and refused compensation and new checking after rebooking once wifi issue had been resolved.refused refund assistance after checking refusal because comp was requested. Spent entire night unable to use or be in room to work. Had to use other local hotel lobbies for wifi and charging to work. Absolute waste of money and worst experience with this chain after years of loyalty.this location and it's owner are the absolute worst, corrupt scumbags ever. And have absolutely no consideration for their guests wasted time and money.zero accountability for their inconvenience and issues, claimed to not be their problem and though refund was not offered, claimed I should have left as soon as the wifi problem arose, immediately upon checkin. Each staff member for each shift knew nothing of it and upon being informed and checking into it, assured it was being resolved. Would not recommend due to the ignorance of the owner and manger, he is known to accept sexual favors from the local workers/guests of the various hotels he owns and runs, actual guests are treated with little to no respect for reasonable accommodation requests.

Worst experience ever w/days inn, have stayed at many over the years w/o issue but will never go back after this. Lack of communication & uninformed staff, no wifi, claimed to look into & were fixing, but each new shift knew nothing about it & had to look into it. Spent entire 1st night in other nearby hotel lobbys utlizing their wifi & charging laptop in order to be able to work, majorly inconvenient, kept being told it was being taken care of by the cable company, remained patient & made it work as best possible. An hr before checkout/in, wifi finally came back on & I made the mistake of rebooking online, instead of the hassle of moving to another hotel. BIG MISTAKE! Went to check in & again the new clerk had no knowledge of wifi issue, same as the 3 previous shifts & I had to reexplain how the issue was handled, & that it was finally working & that I'd Rebooked online thru a 3rd party & needed to checkin. I asked if there was any possibility of getting some kind of compensation as I frequent days inn & other hotels that are part of their corporate chain and this is not typical. He said it was not possible & I asked to speak with the manager, explained how it had significantly impaired my ability to work & I was entirely unable to utilize my room I'd paid for without the wifi, as well as any other amenities the hotel had to offee. Another mistake, the manager was absolutely unprofessional & rude, he refused to budge that it was out of their control & denied my checkin/comp.

When I checked into my room, and went to turn the light on 4 roaches came from behind the tv stand. It was so much dust and dirt behind the tv stand and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or swept behind in months
