I didn’t like that the window shades didn’t cover the entire window, making me feel like someone could see what I was doing. Also, there wasn’t a soda vending machine that accepted card payments, but they did have one for snacks. I didn’t feel very safe in that area either. It was also very noisy, especially when an airplane or train was passing by. Overall, it was perfectly fine, just a bit noisy.

I booked room through Expedia. I neglected to add my wife's name to the booking. I talked to 2 people at the front counter and they declined to help. All they had to do was verify her name. She arrived 2 hours before I did and had to sit in her car for 2 hours until I arrived. Very poor customer service and an uncaring attitude.
