Welcome to your family vacation home! This beautiful stone house, typical of the village of Vernines, welcomes you in the heart of a small Auvergne hamlet. Everything here is designed to share simple and joyful moments, whether with several generations or with friends. With its four bedrooms, warm decor, and large enclosed garden, it's the perfect place to play, laugh, cook, and relax. Children can run around outside while the adults prepare a delicious meal, breakfasts can be enjoyed on the terrace, and evenings can be spent playing board games or watching a good movie. The fully enclosed garden is a true adventure playground for the little ones, while parents can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Inside, the atmosphere is as welcoming as it is practical: a true family home, where you'll quickly feel at home. An ideal base for exploring the Auvergne volcanoes, lakes, hikes, and surrounding farms... and for creating wonderful memories together. The cottage is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - a large living room/kitchen with a magnificent wood-burning stove (a free basket of wood?) - a bedroom with a double bed - a bedroom with two single beds - a bedroom with a cot and a desk - a shower room - a toilet On the garden level (level -1 below the ground floor) accessible by a spiral staircase (not recommended for people with reduced mobility): - a large family bedroom with a double bed and two single bunk beds - a shower room - access to a large laundry area/entrance/bike or ski storage The cottage is located along the D556.
