Verneix is located near Montluçon, a town steeped in medieval heritage, notably the Château des Ducs de Bourbon and the old town. The area also offers the opportunity to discover the landscapes of the Bourbonnais countryside and enjoy numerous outdoor activities. Hérisson, a small town of character with its ancient streets and the remains of its medieval fortress, is 9 km away. The Étang de Sault in Prémilhat, located approximately 19 km away, is a popular spot for walking, fishing, and water sports. You can also enjoy the many hiking trails and the characteristic bocage landscapes of the Bourbonnais region.

This Greenkub sleeps 4 people, with the option of accommodating 2 additional guests thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.

Located on the raised ground floor, it is accessed via two steps at the entrance. The kitchen opens onto the living area, and there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be joined together. There is also a bathroom (shower/WC). The living area is equipped with reversible air conditioning, powerful enough to cool the bedrooms even when the doors are left open.

Outside, a shared above-ground swimming pool (4 m x 3 m, 1.20 m deep) is available from May to September, weather permitting and according to a schedule posted on site. It is located at the owners' property, behind the cottage. A ping-pong table and four adult mountain bikes are also available.

The owners also offer massage services, yoga sessions, horseback riding experiences, and the opportunity to purchase fresh produce from their garden. Details should be discussed directly with them.

Families with children are advised to be vigilant due to the presence of a pond located on the other side of the access road leading to the cottage.
