We offer you our friendly and warm house of 110 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2 with a large garden with swimming pool and terrace equipped for your meals & moments of relaxation "idleness".
The house is fully equipped with underfloor air conditioning.
Located at 13116 VERNÈGUES between Aix en Provence and the Luberon. Close to the International Golf of Pont Royal.

The centre of the village of VERNÈGUES - CAZAN is less than a kilometre away. A playground equipped for children is below the house.
