Some of the general areas appear to be needing update. Noted in room missing lamp shade and floor drain in bathroom poor. Normally IHG don’t have these kind of flaws.

Delayed check in but good service

It was a very quick one night stay to see a college game. We had to wait until after 4:00 to check in because they were so low staffed. The front desk clerk was very nice. Breakfast had limited options.

Overall our stay was good! I would not hesitate to stay for a short stay again, but I would say the room smelled very musty and also the amount of noise I could hear from the outside made me think the window was open. Bed was comfortable.

The parking situation is absurd on days of football games at the adjacent Dakota Dome. People not staying at the hotel take most of the available parking spaces. After a very early lunch I returned to the hotel 2 hours before doors opened at the Dome and there were no parking spaces available. Multiple cars were parked in the fire lane and in front of a fire hydrnt. Something needs to be done. The freeloaders are parking at hotel and going to tailgating activities. Please resolve this issue. It happens most times I stay at the hotel.

We had absolutely no service for three days. Service as to cleaning the room, restocking the towels, emptying the waste baskets, making the beds, etc. we even spoke to the front desk each day only to find the room was attended to again. The front desk gals, did bring us fresh towels once we asked Also we had an invasion of Asian beetles which kept us busy ridding the room of them.

I don’t recommend staying in this hotel!

This hotel is in need of a makeover. It was very expensive and there were 2 different types of bugs in the bathroom. The towels were threadbare and some were stained. The mattress was broken down somewhat. The location is great, so I’m sure that’s how they get away with less than stellar accommodations and price gouging. I would rather drive to another town than stay there again. Cleanliness is not their strong suit.
