Welcome to Casa Isabel – your modern and comfortable holiday home on the Costa Blanca. This well-maintained house is located in El Verger near Dénia, just 680 m from the beautiful sandy Playa Deveses. Enjoy relaxing days in a peaceful setting, while being close to Dénia and the many attractions of the Costa Blanca.
Completed in 2020, Casa Isabel offers around 80 m² of space for up to 4 guests. The two bedrooms are on different floors, each with two comfortable single beds (90 x 200 cm). Two modern bathrooms with shower and toilet – one on each floor – provide comfort and privacy.
The bright living area combines a cosy seating corner with a fully equipped open kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Air conditioning with cooling and heating is available in the living area and both bedrooms.
There are two terraces: Start your day with breakfast on the east-facing terrace with pergola. In the evening, the west terrace offers lovely views towards the Serra de Segària – perfect for sunset.
The complex features a large communal pool (approx. 14 x 8 m) and parking directly in front of the house. Insect screens, shutters, fast fibre-optic Wi-Fi, and two smart TVs with German and Spanish channels add extra comfort.
Casa Isabel is ideal for couples, friends, or a small family seeking a well-equipped, beachside getaway to explore the Costa Blanca around Dénia.
