Villa Landana is located in a picturesque and quiet central area and is a historical and geographical extension of Verbania Pallanza’s main attraction: the Villa Taranto Botanical Garden. Just a short walk away are the shores of Lake Maggiore with a jogging trail, a bike path, various bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the harbor, the market, the theater, and the beach. The house features a private, fenced parking area for 3 cars, automatic gates, and a spacious garden with a shaded area equipped for guests and their pets to enjoy time outdoors. The house consists of a spacious living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms furnished to meet the needs of different generations, where our guests will find both rare period furniture and “smart” furniture with speakers and contactless charging pads equipped with the latest technology, beds with USB ports for gadgets and ergonomic mattresses, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and mosquito nets. Last renovated in 2025. Here you’ll receive a warm welcome in Italian, English, French, and Russian. Welcome to Villa Landana!

sehr gute Lage, grosser Garten, ruhig , sehr viele Bäume und neben Park Villa Taranto. Trotzdem in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehr und Restaurant, nur 20 Minuten zu Fuss nach Intra Innenstadt sehr schöne Gartenterrasse

Ho soggiornato in questa villa con amici ed è’ stato tutto perfetto. La casa rispecchia le foto e anzi dal vivo è’ ancora più bella: spaziosa, moderna e con un giardino ben curato per cene e pranzi all’aperto. La proprietaria è’ stata gentilissima ed è’ un valore aggiunto, ci ha fornito consigli per rendere il nostro soggiorno grandioso! Super consigliata, ritorneremo sicuramente!
