On the first floor of the LA SCOGLIERA residence, in a wonderful panoramic and sunny location, looking directly out over the lake in Verbania Pallanza, is the ANITA flat. In the basement of the residence, there is a reserved covered parking space. From there, a lift is available to take you up to the flat. Below the residence, a staircase leads down to the private beach, which is equipped with a changing room. Situated on the Pallanza cycle path, the town centre is a 5-minute walk away, with shops, restaurants, the harbour (with ferry services to the Borromeo Islands), beaches, swimming pools and the tennis club. Only small and medium-sized pets are permitted; they are not allowed on the beach. It is strictly forbidden to light open fires inside the house or on the terrace. The rocky shore/beach has no lifeguard service or assistance for bathers.
