The property is located within the town of Venturada. It consists of a lot measuring more than 2,000 meters, with a two-story villa. Outside the house is a 9x5-meter pool, covered to protect it from cold temperatures; the water is saltwater.
VentuRural was not originally designed as a rural guesthouse. It is a private home with excellent amenities that has been made available to guests who value comfort, cleanliness, and relaxation.
The villa features five spacious and comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms—two of which are full bathrooms, both with accessible showers for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils so you can enjoy cooking if that’s your interest. It also has two porches: one covered and one open-air. It offers parking for five cars, as well as a barbecue area and outdoor kitchen—ideal for enjoying the great outdoors.
