Newly renovated house, 3 bed/3 bath, very clean and spacious- new kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom and furniture.

3 level house with roof top deck- ocean views from roof top lounge area. New king bed in masterbedroom, queen in another bedroom, 2 twins in a 3rd bedroom. Living room has a pull-out couch that fits 2 people.

Beach is clean, private and secluded with sandy area to lay out, read, relax and take a dip in the gentle waves.

Second row of houses to the beach. Beach access is from the pier and involves walking down a small slope a tthe pier. Nice surf at the Pacific Ocean. Known to locals as "little Rincon."
