Downtown is only 1.5 miles away and has great food, shopping, and bars. The house is stocked with laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
The house is a Spanish-style home that was built in 1924. It has beautiful exposed wooden beams, a recently redone large, well-lit bathroom, a new half bath, two bedrooms, an upgraded kitchen, and a brand-new washer/dryer and refrigerator. The house also has two living areas, one equipped that can serve as a third bedroom with an air mattress for larger groups. This all-electric home will be a comfortable getaway for you and your loved ones. I love my house and hope you can enjoy it too!
