“SeaSong” is the perfect peaceful escape, located just a short stroll to the beach and nature walks around Ventnor common/recreation reserve, yet only a short and comfortable drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes, Phillip Island. Enjoy ocean and sunset views, abundant natural light, and the gentle rhythm of waves, unwind in quiet serenity with a chance to spot wallabies, echidnas, and vibrant birdlife, SeaSong invites you to recharge and reset in a coastal paradise. With excellent mobile 4/5G coverage for all the major providers. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Downstairs, accessed through the Carport, is the Games Room (with 32" TV, Pool Table & Dartboard) with a fully equipped European Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) in one corner, Bedroom 3 (separated from the Games Room with a full length curtain) and a Bathroom (with shower & toilet). Upstairs (accessed via external stairs & the front Deck) is the large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 43" TV & bluetooth sound system) that affords fantastic water views, as well as Bedroom 1 (with the same stunning water views, a 32" TV & BIR), Bedroom 2 (also with a 24" TV & BIR) and another Bathroom (with shower & toilet).

Outdoor Areas

The large front sail-cloth covered Deck (with table & chairs for 8-10 people) has delightful water views and is the perfect spot for relaxing in the evening to the sounds of waves overlooking the large yard. The Carport is set up as a lovely covered space (with gas Weber BBQ and table with chairs), perfect to escape the sun or rain, and there is space for 3-4 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the long driveway.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nescafe Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine, soda stream, electric frying pan, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are four wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the home; one in the upstairs Living room, one in the Games Room/Bedroom 3, and one in each of Bedroom 1 and 2, plus some blankets and two additional stand-alone heaters and fans which can be used where required.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 4 beds, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 8 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Two Long Single beds (which can be converted into a King bed)
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed

There is also a Double sofa bed in the Games Room, suitable for 2 adults or children.

Please note that if you want the Long Single beds to be converted into a King bed prior to your arrival, we need at least one week's notice before checking in.
Long single mattress dimensions are approximately 91cm x 203cm and converted king bed dimensions are approximately 180cm x 203cm.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory.
