Enjoy a unique escape to unwind, surrounded by paddocks, wildlife, and with views to the stunning blue ocean on the horizon. Lounge at home or use this relaxing retreat as base to explore Phillip Island. As part of a larger home, guests have full access to the lower level which includes a private entrance, in-unit laundry, a kitchenette, an open plan dining and living area, and outdoor patio overlooking the vast backyard and sweeping views beyond.
Spacious and secluded, you'll feel relaxed the moment you arrive at this peaceful country home. Guests use a private entrance, and have complete access to the lower level of this two-storey property during their stay. The owner lives upstairs and ensures privacy and respect of guests at all times. An open living and dining area creates a sense of ease, with a large corner couch and additional sofa providing ample room for lounging in front of the TV. In the corner of the living area, a dining table offers a scenic spot to enjoy breakfast, while glass doors open out onto the paved patio.

The kitchenette has all you need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and other cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Here you'll also find in-unit laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer for your use, as well as a side door that allows direct access to the patio.

The primary bedroom features large windows to make the most of the views and natural light. It offers a double bed, while the second bedroom has a single plus a fold-out single underneath. The bathroom has all the basics including soap, shampoo and conditioner, with a shower plus a bathtub for a relaxing soak.

There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor dining and entertaining, or simply taking in the tranquil landscape, with a fire pit, BBQ grill, undercover patio, and a table setting on the lawn overlooking the surrounding greenery.
During your stay, you and your group will have the lower level of the house including the patio and fire pit to yourself. The laundry is also completely private.

Please note, the owner lives in the unit upstairs and has a private, separate entrance via a staircase in the garage. The staircase is separated by a fixed wall, providing ample privacy.

Phillip Island is home to the largest Little Penguin colony in the world, and a visit to Penguin Parade, less than 10 minutes' drive, lets you to see them take their evening waddle from the ocean to their burrows from viewing platforms and boardwalks.

Churchill Island is another local attraction, with walking trails and wide open spaces to enjoy the wildlife as well as a cafe and bird watching hut to soak up the idyllic setting. Connected to Phillip Island by bridge, it takes around 20 minutes to reach Churchill Island by car.

15 minutes' drive away is Cape Woolamai, one of Victoria's most popular surfing beaches. This pristine region was declared a National Surfing Reserve, and offers stunning beaches and walking tracks against a backdrop of ancient pink granite.
