In Vensac, where life is good, I offer you a quiet house with a large enclosed and wooded plot, a private 8mx4m swimming pool (depth 1/3 to 1m, 2/3 1.60m) covered and fully discoverable, equipped with an alarm. As soon as you wake up, you will enjoy direct access to the garden. The house has a large living room with dining area, lounge area and open kitchen, three bedrooms each equipped with a double bed (one bedroom with a 140x200cm bed, dressing room and private bathroom, one bedroom with a 140x200cm bed with dressing room and private bathroom, one bedroom with an electric 160x200cm bed and private bathroom (whirlpool bath) with separate shower). A pantry with washing machine and dryer and 2 separate toilets complete the set. Each bedroom has a south-facing French window. Sheets, towels, and kitchen linens are provided, and heating with reversible air conditioning is included. The patio, equipped with a large table and an electric grill, will allow you to sit outside for your meals or relax on the deckchairs around the pool. Shops nearby: mini-market, doctor, veterinarian, hairdresser and beautician, gym, pizzeria, restaurant, and night market. Located between the ocean, vineyards, forests, lakes, and bike paths, there are many opportunities for outings. You'll enjoy the vast ocean beaches, visits to major wine châteaux, a large daily market in Montalivet (9 km), treetop adventure park, surfing and sailing schools, a visit to the Cordouan lighthouse, concerts and summer entertainment, and cinemas. I will remain available nearby and can be reached by phone throughout your stay if needed and for any information you may need for your outings or other activities. Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, electricity (excluding vehicle charging), and heating. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are provided.
