15 km from Orléans, within a former 16th-century fortified house, this gîte is located on a working farm in a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxation, hiking, and visiting the Loire Valley châteaux. It is separate from the owners' residence and features a private entrance and garden bordering the fields, as well as a terrace. Ground floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, separate WC.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with a double bed 140x190cm, Bedroom 2 with two single beds 90x190cm, and Bedroom 3 with a double bed 140x190cm), 1 cot. Separate bathroom (bath and shower), separate WC.

Outside: Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Pets are welcome under certain conditions (the pet must not be left alone in the accommodation. A supplement of €3 per pet per night is charged. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted.)

From Orléans, take the N152 towards Vennecy, turn right at the stop sign by the town hall, turn right again, then turn right onto Rue de Villiers at the edge of town and continue straight to the end (800 m). From the N60, exit at Chécy, direction Neuville aux Bois-Vennecy (5 km). After the railway line, take the first left.
