At the Biennale at Irma's

A typical family-run Venetian home, located in the picturesque Castello district. Its central location allows you to visit attractions such as St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge on foot, and it’s just a 5-minute walk from the Biennale.

We are new hosts on the Vrbo platform, but we have held Superhost status for 8 consecutive years on another major booking portal, which makes us experienced hosts.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, all surfaces in this apartment are sanitized with alcohol-based and bleach-based products. All linens in the home are washed at 60 degrees with sanitizer and laundry disinfectant.

A bright, recently renovated 60-square-meter apartment located on the 2nd floor with air conditioning; the building consists of only two units (2nd and 3rd floors) owned by the same proprietor, both used as vacation rentals.

It is laid out as follows:
- entryway;
- spacious living room with an orthopedic sofa bed (160x200 cm), TV, and a table with a workstation;
- bedroom with the option of a double bed (160x190 cm) or two single beds, large closet;
- open-concept kitchen with a dining table for 4 people, equipped with: stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, pots and pans, various utensils, and a pantry stocked with food;
- New bathroom with a window, featuring a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower stall (120x70 cm) (equipped with a hair dryer, towels, and soap);

The apartment also features free Wi-Fi (fiber optic), 1 air conditioner (with heat pump), independent heating with radiators, and mosquito screens in every room.

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, subject to prior agreement on the arrival time (via messages).

The building consists of only two apartments, both managed by us, ensuring peace and privacy.

Cozy accommodations for those who want to experience the real Venice—surrounded by art and nature—in one of the city’s most convenient locations:
- just a short walk from Via Garibaldi (shops, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, nightlife);
- just a few minutes away, without having to cross any bridges, from water bus stops;
- option to store luggage in a small room on the first floor (in the same building as the apartment) after check-out;
- 4 minutes from the main entrance to the Venice Biennale;
- Less than 10 minutes from the free outdoor gym and fitness area in S. Elena;
- ATM near the apartment;
