When we arrived the home had not been cleaned which delayed our check in by 4 hours. There was no offer to compensate us for this in anyway. After clean the interior was lovely with very comfortable beds and other furniture. Also the property manager overnighted grill tools that were missing. Pool was disappointing. We knew it wasn’t heated but there was a whole section of pool cage screen missing and pool furnishings were sparse and not comfortable.
