The hotel overall was good and clean. Breakfast was really good lots of options and fresh everyday. The night you could hear other people from other rooms and the room, corridors and the breakfast are was a bit small space wise but over all was a good stay.

Well located. The elevator is TINY. Nothing special added to the room like a nice breakfast or lobby. The bed was comfortable enough. Had to ask for a fan. The toilet seat was askew and never felt attached well. It was "ok" overall but nothing special.

We did a Euro trip and this was the very best and smart located hotel we stayed. Venice don’t have cars, so staying in a hotel close to train and bus station prevents you from dragging your luggage up and down dozens of stairs and bridges. Very clean, organized, room was perfect and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Best Breakfast Ever. Truly . . .a great selection and all was fresh. As for the rooms, they were clean and modern. The bed was great (firm). And the location of the hotel can't be beat . . .near the train station and major vaporetto dock on a super quiet street. I will certainly stay at this hotel then next time I am in Venice!.
