Quaint and adorable little hotel. Pictures are very accurate. The owners are so easy to deal with. They are great with communicating and so flexible. Our flight was delayed, but they sent instructions for after hours check in. They had a stocked kitchen with yummy snacks when we arrived. Our stay was very brief, as we flew out very early the next morning, but these guys made our quick stay very smooth and convenient.

We did not receive an email with the code to unlock the main door and had to track down the manager to let us in. There’s no one in reception most of the time. There’s a long, steep staircase up to the main entrance. Our room was small and had a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom was large and modern.

Very close to tram that takes you into Venice. Staff was super supportive for checking in after i lost my phone in the mountains. Shared bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but overall a great place to stay.

Central location and was clean. Airport transport is $50. Taxi was cheaper. I only saw one staff member at the property that I had trouble communicating with. She was kind, but was not able to help me much. You have to message/call another staff member in order to get help with any questions.

Self check-in was a breeze. The room was well appointed, the bed and linens were very comfortable. The tram to Venice was just a short walk away and the area had plenty of cafe’s and Patisseries close by. There’s also an automatic espresso machine in the lobby ready to make any kind of coffee you can imagine. We loved our stay there after our cruise.

So the staff were very helpful and kind... I would say good for price but was not quiet, could hear ppl in other roons so we forgoed out honeymoon festivities for fear we would keep evertone else up...lol
