Great hotel, big comfortable modern rooms, excellent breakfast and very practically situated next to train station. If you’re coming from the airport, take the taxi boat to Guglie and walk over, a short 7min walk away.

Very nice modern rooms with great A/C. All staff from front desk, bar/ breakfast, and housekeeping. We’re all very helpful, and friendly. Good value with breakfast. And has a great garden area to eat in and relax after a long day touring. Food at restaurant was very good. Even though doesn’t appear to have a lot of people eating there, at night.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. And the air conditioning 10/10. The location was also fantastic. A couple hundred meters from the train station, so you’re not lugging your bags all over Venice. Check-in was smooth, staff were so friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Venice. If only Marco Polo Airport was as great as this hotel!

To start off, this was the perfect location. The water taxi from the airport dropped us half a block down the street, and the train station was a block in the other direction. The breakfast was lovely and they have a gorgeous garden out back. Our family room had an amazing terrace looking out on the Grand Canal. Staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommended!

Modern facilities, a clean room with fresh air, and a great buffet breakfast. I like the balcony and the spacious, clean room, strong AC. My only concern was regarding privacy and safety. During my stay, a staff member entered my room without my consent and opened the bathroom window. I noticed the window had been left open when I returned to the hotel. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but this incident made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about guest privacy and security.
