We chose the hotel because it is easy to walk to after got off taxi from airport. The hotel is also very close to train station and main water transport station Ferrovia so quite easy to get to anywhere in Venice and surrounds such as Burano. It takes about 30min to walk to San Marco if you choose not to ride the boat. The hotel is well renovated and modern unlike many old style hotels in the area. There is also a stunning church just a few steps away and a grocery store right next to it. Restaurants are plenty if only you know how to choose. Breakfast is included which is a plus and got decent varieties. Overall a great stay would recommend!

For a hotel that's 4 star and €250 pppn, you would expect that they would have the Aircon available. It was turned off presumably to save money. Aside from that, nice rooms and convenient location.
