The staff were super helpful and kind when our flight was delayed and we had to check in late. They were very responsive to our messages. Room was very clean and the air conditioning worked really well. Also located on its own little bridge which was super cool and by an excellent restaurant!

Delightfully located in the Cannaregio district. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were helpful and maintained the property well. Only a few minutes walk to the vaporetto and easy access to shopping and sight-seeing. The campo is quiet and the little bridge to the property added to the feeling of seclusion. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay on this hotel. The pictures don’t do justice to the rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our late check in. The room had a great size for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) with separate bedrooms for the kids and adults. We had a queen bed and the kids shared a sofa bed that was comfortable. The room had A/C in each area. The bathroom was clean and with good size. The hotel is located in an area with lots of options for food and we felt safe. We will definitely consider staying there again in a future visit

The hotel was in a good location and very nice. Staff was very responsive and provided bottle water daily. The internet only worked part of the time, and a table in the room and soap dish in the shower would be good.
