Everything and everyone we're wonderful, especially the food at their restaurant! I am going to find a reason to stay here again to experience this peaceful, clean, comfortable hotel serving the BEST meals provided by the most hospitable staff. The location is good, very close to Venice attractions. We had some problem to find this location. We used Google map and found location, church near, but couldn't find a door to hotel - no sign and nobody in this area new where it. Local woman helped us to call hotel and the entrance was just left from the church

A large picturesque apartment in Venice to enjoy quiet time but still be close enough to all the landmarks. Great restaurants and amenities very handy. Staff were lovely and only a phone call and a few hundred metres away if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay. The only con was the shower. Although it had a large rain shower head, it only dribbled water down and the shower recess filled with water so much so we had to stop the shower to allow it to go down, worried it would flood the bathroom. The bathroom however was clean and modern otherwise and also contained a bath. Thank you. We would gladly book again.

Amazing! This location was once in a life time location. Our suite has three windows that had canal views and the church. Easy check in and so fun to find it, it was super easy to find though.

Matress very comfortable. We slept peacefully after a long trip. Room very quiet although being in a crowded area. Close to everywhere: restaurants, shops, vaporetto, San Marcos, Rialto, etc.We really enjoy.

We can't say enough about this place. First, we had arrived 1.5 days late due to flight from USA, and onward to Venice Italy. Our hosts, the best ever, stayed in contact with us, understood, and STILL met us when we arrived. The place was clean and better than pictures. The location was perfect for seeing the beautiful city. Our only problem, not being able to stay longer! Thank you both for making our first stop in Italy great. See you again.

We had a great stay! Quiet neighbourhood, just outside of busy tourist areas. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. About 20 min walk from train station. Very clean, easy check in process.

Hard to find but very clean.

It was very difficult to find, and there was no sign to tell us the name of the hotel. When we finally found it I pushed the bell and no one answered. I had to call to get someone there to open it for me. The room was very, very clean and spacious.

Ok for short stay

Nice quite place to stay. Slightly expensive for place when simple things like tea coffee was not provided. Hair dryer was missing from room. No check in staff, you need to wait 10 minutes for some to turn up Ok for a day stay
