Enjoy a peaceful lakefront retreat in Venice, Florida. This fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers approximately 1,815 square feet of living space on a beautifully landscaped 100' x 100' homesite with a private, fully fenced backyard overlooking the lake and surrounding wildlife.

The home features comfortable coastal décor, new flooring, an updated kitchen and baths, multiple living areas, and plenty of natural light. The private upstairs primary suite includes a walk-in closet, ensuite bath, open-air terrace and screened balcony overlooking the property.

Outdoor living is one of the highlights of the home. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the large outdoor sitting area, or spend your mornings and evenings on the wraparound screened lanai overlooking the lake. The fenced backyard makes the home especially convenient for guests traveling with pets.

The home is fully furnished and equipped for an extended stay, with flat-screen TVs, Roku streaming devices, Wi-Fi and Alexa devices throughout. A large driveway provides parking for multiple vehicles.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An added bonus was a house keeper who came every 2 weeks. This was so important to me because MS has made cleaning difficult for me. Mike was extremely easy to communicate with, and promptly answered any question. The house was beautiful and very homey. The outside area was beautiful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this house.
