Beautiful hotel located in the Dorsoduro neighborhood which was my favorite neighborhood during my visit due to its cleanliness, plazas and calmer energy. The hotel is located in a side canal that is beautiful. The breakfast was varied and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area, with a moderate walk to nearby attractions. The staff was great, and luggage storage was available, which was very convenient. The AC worked well, and the lobby was lovely. The room itself was fairly average, but overall, I would stay here again.

Very hot water and large fluffy towels. Excellent bathroom facilities. Comfortable large bed. Hotel had character with pictures and artefacts and was generally a peaceful environment. Staff generally pleasant and helpful. Only had one breakfast which was fine. Air conditioning is not switched on until the "summer" but it was very warm during our stay and it would have improved our sleep experience if the room had been cooler. Unfortunately the bar was not open which could have been useful. Nice location, adjacent to a canal and close to the main waterways.

The hotel was lovely and very clean. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and kind. We were disappointed by breakfast. We were at breakfast an hour after the time started, but there was no hot food. When someone asked why not, the employee stated that the breakfast ladies were having issues and would have hot breakfast in about 40 minutes. Obviously, no one that was at breakfast before them (almost 2 hours into the breakfast timeframe) were able to have a hot breakfast.
