You are going to be staying at an apartment. This is not a hotel. They sent an address but it's not exactly the one on the map. It is in a nearby building, at least the room that I was in. The room actually was two bedrooms, which is what I did not expect. But it was spacious and cozy. There was a hot plate and a mini refrigerator in there. They even had cooking pans. I'm not exactly sure where to wash the dishes other than the bathroom sink, but I didn't use any of it but it was good to know that it was there. The location is in a prime area less than a 10-minute walk to Doge. There is no elevators and the stairs were very narrow. Be prepared to lug some suitcases up. You will get instructions on how to get into the building 24 hours before. It would have had been nice to get them. Maybe 48 hours or a little bit longer so I could print the instructions in case I lost wifi. But I got the instructions as soon as I landed at VCE. Would gladly stay here again. The room facing the street had a bigger bed but noisier from the drink people walking outside. But the other room was quiey that faced away from the street.

Good location. Clean rooms. Kitchenette does not have a sink and had very few utensils, including crockery, which the owner was happy to provide when we subsequently asked for it. Virtual check-in, with keyless access, which allows for dropping off luggage in the hallway before check in time and leaving luggage in the hallway,when checking out, which is great. If the link to the online virtual check-in was sent a day before we arrived, rather than on the day we arrived, it would have be much better. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Easy check-in, with option to drop luggage ahead of time (main door locks). We were there only one night and did not use the kitchen so I cannot speak to details there. Charming Venetian decor. Bed comfortable and I slept through the night which is saying something! Be prepared to leave cash for tourist tax —I was not.

近くに食料品店やレストランもあり、便利だったと思います。部屋のすぐ近くに早朝からやっているカフェがあり、そちらも便利でした。サンマルコ広場へは歩いて15分くらいで朝の散歩にもちょうど良いです。貸し部屋なので、滞在中はスタッフと会うことは一切ありません。スタッフとのやりとりはwhat’s up を使うとスムーズで便利です。いろいろと相談もできるので良いと思います。部屋も２つの部屋があり、広々としていて良かったです。

Comfortable apartment at a good location

A good sized apartment, located 10-12 minutes walk to St Mark's Square and 5 minutes walk to cross Pont dell'Accademia. It had everything functional in an apartment. Many restaurants, bars and shops around the apartment. The host is very nice and responded to all of our questions quickly. The king bed was comfortable, the single folding bed was less comfortable. It would be nice if there was a screen to stop water splashing when taking a shower. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
