Clean hotel, great location. Wifi worked which wasn’t the case with most of our stays this trip. About a 15 minute walk to everything which was great. The hosts were very nice and asked which croissants we wanted for breakfast. Nice breakfast with breads and juices/coffee. They also let us leave bags after check out to explore.

We were very pleased with our stay here.  The owners, Mario and Esmeralda, could not have been more attentive and helpful in advising us on our stay. They served a lovely breakfast - with items that picked up early that day. This is an Airbnb. The couple who owns it are very friendly and helpful. Answered our many questions regarding Venice and even provided a map and suggestions of things to do. We had all the supplies in the room. But it is not a new place, so do not expect a star hotel standard facilities. Breakfast was provided with coffee, yogurt and a croissant of your option.
