Check in was smooth and the employee even walked us to the room. Room was clean, warm, it even had a kettle and the bathroom has a nice shower and shampoo/soap. Very convenient stay right in Campo S. Margherita

Very well located away from the tourist path. At night there is a lot of atmosphere in the nearby Piazza. And in the morning the locals are out and about getting groceries and coffee.

The property was a good value for the price. The check in staff was amazingly friendly. The property itself is clean but basic. It is a room with double bed and a shared bath in hallway. Great for a quick stay in Venice.

Exactly as advertised, clean, conveniently located, and otherwise excellent for what we were looking for. The best part was the customer service - front desk and everyone we met at the hotel was beyond friendly and very helpful, will definitely visit again if back in Venice :)

They mentioned 24/7 front desk but they don’t offer 24/7 front desk. Check in is done in a different hotel. Hotel access is done through a code thus anyone that accessed the hotel once can enter it again, I didn’t see any cameras around the building.

The room was extremely clean as was the shared bathroom. There was a slight error with our room and we were put in the wrong one but it was quickly rectified and the staff member couldn’t be more apologetic even though it didn’t bother us that we were in the wrong room. He then gave us free pints to make up for it out of his own money. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the main attraction points and the bus/train station. Would stay again!

The place is very basic, as is to be expected of many Venice hotels unless you’re willing to break the bank. However, it was clean and comfortable and the staff pleasant. Our main complaint was the noise directly outside our window until 2am. It was constant groups of LOUD young travellers/students (one block from the uni). The the morning activity and sweeping up of bottles and cups in the street began at 7am. This location is great if you are also here for the night life, but if you value your sleep at a decent hour, ask for a room on the INSIDE AWAY FORM THE STREET.
