Fantastic host

We actually did not get to stay in this apartment because of an unforeseen problem. However, we had a lot of contact with the host Michele, who worked to find us another comparable apartment. He was very available and incredibly helpful. He saw us through the whole process until we were completely comfortable with where we ended up. We would definitely rent an apartment from Michele again.

Great property for our stay for 4 nights. Two separate bedrooms, one with an ensuite. Great kitchen facilities to eat in if you choose. Close to the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Lovely apartment, great location, quiet, and easy to get around around Venice

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The owners had provided a few basic groceries to get us started so we didn't have to rush to a supermarket. We were given some great information to plan our short stay so we got the most out of our time in the city, including restaurant tips and how to get Venetian value away from the tourist hot spots!

Urlaub in Venedig mit Familie und Hund

Vielen Dank für die tolle Wohnung und die stressfreie Abwicklung bei Ankunft! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim nächsten Venedig-Urlaub ziehen wir auf alle Fälle wieder diese Wohnung in Betracht. Sie ist vom Parkhaus in 10 Minuten gemütlich erreichbar! P.S. Unseren Hund hat es auch sehr gefallen😉

nice flat in a nice area

I had a had a very good commuication with Michele. As Michele was on vacation, a friend of him picked us up. She gave us a lot of good recommendations, and Michele left a City Map with a lot of hints. The flat was freshly renovated, nice and clean. We all enjoyed our stay.
