Fabulous staff-A+! Awesome balcony overlooking canal room with live saxophone player out my window every night! Big breakfast included! A/C worked great! The hotel was lovely. A heritage hotel. It was located directly across from the water transportation, and about 5-6 min walk from San Marco square. The rooms were comfortable, but the air conditioning was not turned on. There was also no elevator, but the staff brought our bags to our rooms for us. There was a restaurant attached out front, and accessible from inside the hotel. This is where we had our complementary breakfast, offering more than we expected. I would not hesitate to stay here again , or recommend this hotel to others.
