Absolute perfect location! We were in Venice for 3 nights and couldn't be happier with our stay. Firstly, the location was only a 10 minute walk from St. Lucia train station and secondly the water bus stop was literally right outside our apartment window. The space itself was immaculately clean. Messaging with the owners was simple and prompt. If ever we get the chance to return to Venice, we will definitely be staying at Palazzina Riva. A true gem of Venice.

Perfect holiday

The Rialto Bridge is a 15-minute walk away, so I enjoyed my morning walk there. There were also delicious restaurants nearby, which was very helpful on tiring evenings walking around the city.

The property is perfectly located right on the canal, directly in front of the waterbus stop, and just a short walk from the main train station. The room was spacious, well appointed, and very quiet. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained. The atmosphere feels elegant but still comfortable, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. The apartment was amazing. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 and all of the space was nice! The apartment was nicely updated with modern amenities and also can stocked with drink and snacks. Our only negative was that the bathtub was dirty but otherwise the rest of the apartment was very clean.

This place is amazing , super convenience if you are traveling on train or plain, it is on one of the main canals , very easy if you are carrying luggage’s , lots of stuff to do around the hotel area . Very clean and beautiful. The design it’s a 5 star , very modern. If I comeback to Venice definitely staying again here. The staff person was amazing, she accommodated us an extra night on a different room for half a day to accommodate my 80 year old mother so she can rest before our very early flight. Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.
