First time visit to Venice. Hotel arranged for our airport pickup, water taxi to the hotel and return. They also recommended tours to take, booked it and made dinner reservations from their recommendations. Amazing service! The location was easy to walk to other sight seeing areas. Beautiful hotel and very conveniently situated. Very Clean. Our room was next to breakfast area and I would suggest that the staff preparing breakfast perhaps be a little quieter as you can hear some noise in the morning- only from the staff not the guests. The breakfast was excellent and they made the coffee and eggs etc fresh. We found it easy to get to from train station using the vaporetto and also were able to walk to Piazza Roma during the bus/train strike to get a taxi out to Mestre.
