We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool area was a little dirty but mostly because there was no cover for it and the seed droppings from mature trees leaked thru the protective screen. One of the screens had a tear in the bottom corner of it and there were a few spider webs in upper corners. I’m sure all of these things are season related, Florida gets a lot of wind that blows trees and tears screens. The pool cleaning company did a great job on Thursday, toward the end of our stay.The inside of the house was VERY clean and well taken care of. It was easy to relax in this house. The couch was comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm in the air conditioning after a day in the sun. We had an issue with a bathroom light and it was fixed the same day. We would stay here again! That is honestly the best promo/compliment I can give a rental home. The location was great too, you won’t regret staying here.

Property was very nice, very clean.We had an issue with the pool for a day and 11/2; filter was not running and neither was the small waterfall into the pool since it depended on the filter being functional. Didn't use the pool for that day and 1/2 because of the filter issue. It would have been helpful to have a book with local info and basic house instructions. Had some issues with the streaming TVs that older/seniors may not have been able to resolve. Location was perfect!Host was very responsive and house was very nice, comfortable and well appointed.

Perfect venice home

Great house, very clean, exactly as described in listing and photos. Perfect amount of amenities without being cluttered. Within 5-10 minutes of great beaches. Fun waterway walking trail 1 block away.

5+ stars. Just as pictured, great pool great space, plenty of room to comfortable. Restaurants churches stores very close by quiet neighborhood. Got to say hello to some of the neighbors they were very friendly. YELENA was very easy to get hold of communications were great. Would definitely go back again hoping to visit again in the summer.
