Cà MATILDE is located in a super-central and convenient spot, just a few steps from Campo Santo Stefano and Palazzo Grassi.
The San Samuele and Sant’Angelo vaporetto stops are both within easy walking distance. If you prefer to arrive by private water taxi, the nearest water taxi landing is also very close to the apartment.
The location allows you to explore Venice comfortably on foot while also having convenient access to public water transportation.

EXTRA FEES

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It is comfortable, pleasant, and very well equipped with everything you could need. While it is not cheap on its own, it offers great value for Venice. Finding a spacious apartment with bright, modern amenities is a rare treat here, where accommodations are often overpriced and dated. The location is ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet a short walk from most major sights and steps from the airport Alilaguna Orange Line. Just keep in mind: it’s on the second floor with no elevator, but it is highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality, comfortable, and authentic Venetian getaway!
