I would put in the description that the family room has 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own private bathroom.. which I don’t know when I booked . So I had to book another separate for my his and I .

Lovely stay. Wonderful savory and sweet food close. Delicious dine in options. Spacious clean room. Very comfortable feeling. Check in was very easy, and early was not an issue. The balcony view was great. Would stay again for sure. :)

Staff very friendly, room comfortable with much needed air con. Breakfast good, enough not great options but kept us going. Location Excellent. The pic on website overlooking canal is misleading as it doesn’t, but this is a great little hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable right in the middle of Venice. Definitely be back.

Disappointed

The property was very rundown. Our plug in the bathroom was busted, the shower door would not close leaving an inch gap and the shower was full of mold. The furniture was well used but functional. Another thing that completely ruined the stay was when we were leaving, carrying our bags down the stairs dodging full trash bags all the way down. Also, the picture showing a balcony overlooking a canal is very misleading!! We would not stay at this hotel again.
