This hotel was a great place to stay in Venice. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a central location in Venice as this was extremely close to many of the main attractions I was planning on visiting.

Luca was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The room was clean and pleasant. The hotel was located in a very convenient central area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This property was very close to Rialto bridge and a very nice sized room. It was clean and staff were very friendly. Instructions provided to arrive were very clear and helpful. A lot of shops and restaurants were within a few feet. The only issue was pillow thickness, as they were very flat.

Great location near Venice canal! However, there is no lift/elevator and it was difficult for me to get to the 3rd floor with all the steep steps, and harder when carried my luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place was perfect! The location, cleanliness, and Luka were amazing. From the moment we arrived, Luka was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms were large, spacious, and exceptionally clean—something that is very important to me. I can’t say enough about how spotless everything was. The location is ideal, with many major attractions just a 5–10 minute walk away. I have already recommended this place to all of my family and friends, and I will definitely be back myself. Highly recommended!

Clean, and very helpful and polite staff. The location is amazing and you can walk all over Venice from the location. It is also very easy to get to the location using google maps. Rooms cane with hair dryer, Bodywash/shampoo. The one area of improvement is that the wifi is quite a bit slow on the 4th floor.

The hotel was very clean and felt very safe. Great location and very close to the Rialto Bridge. Staff was great and very kind, even suggested a waterboat to get to the airport which was a much cheaper option to a water taxi.
