The hotel is modern and well maintained. Very conveniently across the street from the train station with fast access to Venice!! Area around hotel isn't great but felt safe... only reason why 4 stars instead of 5. Great breakfast options and friendly staff!! Room was clean and modern (small).

The hotel is in very good location. You can take bus#2 just in front of the hotel to old town directly. The only thing I didn't like was the bed. Uncomfortable and noisy.

It was a perfect location for catching the train into Venice as the station was across the street, but the hotel was very tired, the carpet had stains and the rooms were very tiny, including the shower, which was almost impossibleto maneuver in. I assumed booking a Best Western was a safe bet, but i would look for accommodations elsewhere next time.

We loved everything about BW Tritone. Its location is unbeatable . The breakfast is very very good, with a good variety of everything. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We even used their parking lot, for our rental car, and the lot is next door. You have to pay a fee for parking your car but it’s a very reasonable price. We would not hesitate to the Best Western Tritone, if we return to Venice. And also all the staff we dealt with were super friendly, attentive & helpful.

The front desk ladies were extremely helpful and very nice. The location is across from the train and an airport bus so very convenient. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby or an area you’d want to walk around but perfect otherwise. The hotel and rooms are clean, not roomy for big suitcases but we figured it out. The continental breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Huge variety, excellent presentation and delicious. I wish I had more room to try more things!

The staff were very helpful upon arrival. The building was clean and very close to the train station. The only issue we had with our stay was the cleanliness of our room. Unfortunately there were some stains along the walls and the mattress protector. There also appeared to be a leak on the bathroom ceiling which was visible from the discolouration of the ceiling.
