It was perfect Big room for my family and location is perfect. Entry is right at private water taxi drop off. Easy in and easy out for private water taxi. Main center is no more than 8 minutes walk and lots of food places around. AC was working perfectly no complaints on hot weather.

Quite a walk from the drop off point for the recommended car park boat. Our ground floor accessible room had no views. The breakfast was good, held in a pleasant room with access to a large garden with seating.

This hotel is one of best secrets in Venice. A mansion of a local industrialist, it is still owned and managed by his family. It has a great character, a beautiful garden, and it is surprisingly affordable.

Gorgeous Venetian oasis

The hotel is well located, away from the centre of Venice but still close to various vaporetto stops which makes it easy to get around. The hotel itself is lovely and very comfortable - the air conditioning was strong and quiet, perfect in the June heat. The staff were very friendly and made our stay a delightful one.

Great staff, we stayed at the family room for four with a nice bathroom with a separate bath tub (very clean and renovated). Highly recommend to take the taxi boat that can stop just in front of the property.
