The hotel is in a good location for a first time visitor or if you don’t wanna walk much from the train station. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was a good variety of everything.

The location was very convenient to the train station & right on the Grand Canal. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the canal and it was magical. The staff were all very friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet was enormous and delicious. We loved utilizing the tables that were right on the water. We were spoiled!

We had a canal view room and were woken up from 4-6am each morning by deliveries and hotel pickups. Very loud as the workers all yell to each other goes for at least an hour generally more. Understand the need to do their job but just a note. Good location for ferries and tea in. Lots of shopping close by and restaurant options. Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options plus inside and outdoor dining available.
