Room was spacious for family of 4. Bench in bathroom was helpful. Some hooks on the walls in the main room would have been nice. Shower soap caddy was installed weirdly high, above my head height and I’m 5’6”. Free breakfast had fresh fruit which was great. AC during the heat wave was a lifesaver. Very convenient location to take train into Venice Santa Lucia.

Stayed one night as in transit to Slovenia. Excellent facilities given the price of the room. Air con worked really well. Fridge in room and a good breakfast. We caught a bus outside the airport straight to mestre train station and a short walk we were at the hotel. We hopped on a no 2 bus for a few hours in Venice too. Very clean facilities and helpful staff. Would recommend and would stay again when visiting Venice.

We booked a room for four, 2 adults and two young. The room was less than 20 square meter with very uncomfortable queen bed , one dirty sofa bed and another small bed all together in the room. The bathroom was dirty No coffee in the room, really nothing. This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. No issue with the staff, The onlything we like was that we were 2 min walk from train station and bus station to go to Venise.

The hotel is very well located near the train station. The rooms are little rundown but clean. The AC works well. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are supportive. Some staff were helpful, while others ignored us while having a long conversation in Chinese on the phone. Some staff members were yelling at each other in Chinese in the back room near the bar while we were eating breakfast. It felt like a market place in loud Asian markets.

The double bed consists of two single beds pushed together with a gap in the middle, no bedding mattress. The walls are thin so that you will hear the neighbor's alarm. The window shutters are permanently down and you are not allowed tl adjust them. Otherwise an ok hotel with a nice location.
