The hotel was very clean, the staff was very professional and helpful, breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel is just superb. Easy walk, to Saint Mark Square, the Academy and other points of interest. It’s right beside the Opera House, but the location is very quiet and not crowded at all. There are bakeries and restaurants metres away!

Hotel is really cute, nice location. Quiet at night, in the evening we could see the sun casting beautiful light and hear the opera practicing. Only downside was the AC didn’t work very well which made it hard to sleep at night with the humidity. To be fair we didn’t ask staff for help.

It is a hotel in an incredibly old building in Venice so space is at a premium and there are not a lot of amenities but a nice courtyard complimented the experience. GREAT location with easy access to almost everything. It was a relatively easy walk with luggage from the WaterTaxi. We are happy to recommend it!
