Front desk staff were not very friendly or helpful, except for the 1 female staff member who was quite helpful. The hotel was fairly typical, but the rooms were a bit more run down. The location is what made this hotel!

Had an amazing stay. Staff is so helpful and ready to answer any questions. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Wonderful area with shops and dining close but not too much noise at night. Will be back soon!!

We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean. The bathroom was very small and hard to navigate because of the small space. Also, the air conditioning was poor. We were very warm each night on our stay.

I wanted to 5 stars but there was a boat strike going on the day we left. So, they could easily inform all Guests putting a sign in the reception as a warning, in order to get people more prepared to the Airport. It was hustle dragging bags through those small streets corridors to find a boat that would take us to Airport, not funny!
